Merchandising

James Mooney

James has spent over 25 years working in the fashion retail industry, most recently as the Trading Director of Topshop.  He has built and led large buying and merchandising teams and has been a guest lecturer at the London College of Fashion and the Fashion Retail Academy. James' style of mentoring challenges current ways of thinking, explores different options and focuses on helping individuals to formulate clear goals and plans.

Design

Gordon Richardson

Gordon is an accomplished Fashion Designer with more than 40 years experience across the Fashion spectrum.  A highly regarded and respected Creative team leader and strategist with broad experience and wide-ranging capabilities across Design, Product Development and Branding.

Buying

Hannah Herranz

Hannah has over 20 years experience within the fashion retail industry.

From Arcadia's grass-roots she was promoted through the ranks to Head of Buying.  She has lectured in Fashion and Textiles for seven years at Kingston University and is currently working on a fragrance project alongside one of the founders of ASOS and a Parisian perfumer.

Stock, Brand Planning and Supply Chain

Gary Moore

Gary has over 25 years experience in the retail industry with big players like Arcadia as well as smaller niche brands. He specialises in understanding and managing the store base from a commercial merchandising point of view.  Gary has hands-on experience of all the stock distribution roles from starting out as an allocator through to Head of Function. He also guest lectures, as an industry expert, at the London College of Fashion.

Logistics

Kate O'Boyle

During her 10 years as the Logistics Manager for one of the UK’s top fast fashion retailers, Kate learned how to plan, develop and manage a complex global supply chain serving an international multi-channel network.  She has gained extensive experience in both product flow and retail logistics and spent many years improving the management of intake and channel delivery/fulfillment.
