Clive Lafferty, Founder. Skills Development, Facilitation and Executive Coaching.

I've spent my professional working life interacting with and trying to understand what I believe to be the most fascinating part of all businesses - its people.

Over the last 18 years, I've enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources and Talent Development working with some of the world's most recognised and high performing brands including TOPSHOP TOPMAN, ASOS and THE NUANCE GROUP.

I have been exposed to all aspects of the employee-employer relationship and have witnessed the incredible results which motivated, engaged and enabled people can create. I am a first-rate facilitator and a qualified Executive Coach (Academy of Executing Coaching 2010) and am accredited to practice psychometric profiling tools including (MBTI) Steps 1 & 2, Insights, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and StrengthScope. I am also CIPD qualified. (You can read about my thoughts on that topic here).

Niamh Collings, Total Reward.

I am fascinated by the impact truly engaged employees can have on a business’s success. Reward is one of the most powerful levers in achieving this yet one that so many organisations still find challenging to utilise to their full advantage.

For the last 12 years reward has been my passion, however, I am not just a 'reward' person I have a broad generalist background with over 20 years Human Resources experience in total having held senior reward positions in some of the world’s largest and best-known brands including MARKS and SPENCER and most recently headed up the Reward and Employee Relations function for the ARCADIA GROUP and its portfolio of 8 brands.

I have significant experience in all areas of Reward management so I am fully equipped to help identify, design and implement practical, commercial reward solutions tailored to your business. I am MCIPD and also hold the CIPDs Advanced Certificate in Reward Management (Masters level qualification).

Sara Richardson, Skills Development, Facilitation and Executive Coaching.

My career began in Retail Management, and now with 15 years working in HR I have specialised in Learning & Development, and more recently Talent Development and Organisational Development & Design.

I have always loved working with people and recognise that with the right support, most people can reach their true potential. I enjoy nothing more than helping people enrich their careers through development and coaching, so decided to qualify as an Executive Coach.

A versatile professional, I have worked in small to medium-sized businesses such as KAREN MILLEN, WHISTLES to large organisations such as TELEFONICA O2 and ARCADIA. I have been responsible for leading HR and L&D teams, specialised in Talent Development and coached Senior Execs and their teams within the business. Working on the ‘frontline’ and partnering with Managers and Leaders throughout my career has given me great insight into the daily challenges Leaders face in today’s changing world… regardless of the size or culture of the organisation.

Kate O'Boyle, Change Management, Project Management & Business Transformation.

Over the last 20 years, I have gained extensive experience running both small and large-scale projects in a Head Office Retail environment for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. Since 2009, I have worked exclusively in project management and business change for Arcadia where I have helped to lead several group-wide business transformation projects. At the same time, I was "in-house" Project Management coach for Arcadia, training staff from all levels to plan and execute projects.

My expertise lies in being able to navigate the milestones of business change; helping to turn a strategic roadmap into a successfully delivered implementation. I believe my point of difference is being able to recognise the merits of applying a flexible approach to managing change which can be tailored to suit the cultural nuances of specific organisations, who can often feel overwhelmed by project jargon and rigid governance.

My aim is to simplify and guide you through the steps to delivering change and ensure your whole business is engaged and ready, willing and able to make the transition.
