I've spent my professional working life interacting with and trying to understand what I believe to be the most fascinating part of all businesses - its people.

Niamh Collings, Total Reward.
I am fascinated by the impact truly engaged employees can have on a business’s success. Reward is one of the most powerful levers in achieving this yet one that so many organisations still find challenging to utilise to their full advantage.
For the last 12 years reward has been my passion, however, I am not just a 'reward' person I have a broad generalist background with over 20 years Human Resources experience in total having held senior reward positions in some of the world’s largest and best-known brands including MARKS and SPENCER and most recently headed up the Reward and Employee Relations function for the ARCADIA GROUP and its portfolio of 8 brands.
I have significant experience in all areas of Reward management so I am fully equipped to help identify, design and implement practical, commercial reward solutions tailored to your business. I am MCIPD and also hold the CIPDs Advanced Certificate in Reward Management (Masters level qualification).
Sara Richardson, Skills Development, Facilitation and Executive Coaching.
My career began in Retail Management, and now with 15 years working in HR I have specialised in Learning & Development, and more recently Talent Development and Organisational Development & Design.
I have always loved working with people and recognise that with the right support, most people can reach their true potential. I enjoy nothing more than helping people enrich their careers through development and coaching, so decided to qualify as an Executive Coach.

Kate O'Boyle, Change Management, Project Management & Business Transformation.
Over the last 20 years, I have gained extensive experience running both small and large-scale projects in a Head Office Retail environment for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. Since 2009, I have worked exclusively in project management and business change for Arcadia where I have helped to lead several group-wide business transformation projects. At the same time, I was "in-house" Project Management coach for Arcadia, training staff from all levels to plan and execute projects.
My expertise lies in being able to navigate the milestones of business change; helping to turn a strategic roadmap into a successfully delivered implementation. I believe my point of difference is being able to recognise the merits of applying a flexible approach to managing change which can be tailored to suit the cultural nuances of specific organisations, who can often feel overwhelmed by project jargon and rigid governance.
My aim is to simplify and guide you through the steps to delivering change and ensure your whole business is engaged and ready, willing and able to make the transition.
Michael Gambs, Leadership Development.
I am passionate about sustainable change & transformation and have been involved in driving large and complex change initiatives in multinational companies for the last 18 years, supporting senior teams in bringing their vision and strategy to life.
Initially trained as a management consultant, my style of coaching combines empathetic support with an insightful challenge. I typically like to try out new approaches to bring a fresh perspective and enable my clients to come up with their own answers and commit to action.
Over the last three years, I was Head Of Global Leadership Development at SWAROVSKI. My focus was to develop leaders and equip them with the tools and mindset necessary to thrive in an uncertain and complex world. The Leadership Academy I developed jointly with Ashridge Business School was recognized by a Gold Award from EFMD and a Silver Award from Training Journal in 2016.
I am a certified coach with the ICF (ACC) and licensed to use several psychometric tests (Firo B, MBTI). In addition, I speak fluent French, German and English.
Paul Forrest, Employee Relations.
I have nearly 30 years’ experience as a straight-talking expert in employee relations and have always been committed to the principle of ensuring that the right commercial, legal and ethical balance is maintained in the relationship between employers and their employees. Getting that balance right helps to prevent, avoid or reduce the risk of conflict or misunderstandings in the workplace which should be the goal of all good employee relations.
My ability to interpret employment law concisely and combine it with best practice means that I won’t bombard you with waffle or jargon, which enables us to quickly get to the root of any workplace problem and find a resolution. By listening carefully to you and talking about the people issues you are experiencing and then exploring together all of the options, not just the obvious ones, we can find the right solution that best suits your organisation's needs.
Kate Bradshaw, Executive Coach.
With over 20 years of digital media experience from working in some of the world’s most successful media companies including the BBC, ITV, IMG and Scripps Networks Interactive, I have been responsible for the digital operations and P&L for the business across EMEA.
I am an accredited executive coach, having completed the i-Coach Academy Certificate in Coaching Practice that holds the European Mentoring and Coaching Quality Award at Senior Practitioner level. I am also a member of the EMCC and subscribe to their code of ethics and receive regular supervision.
My approach to coaching is to grow my client's in-built potential to learn, develop and activate new ways to approach professional and personal challenges. I help clients to achieve viable, relevant and personally significant outcomes for lasting change. Coaching is a development opportunity to learn about yourself and how to relate to others and through greater self-awareness choose fresh, more effective ways of living and working.
Louise Dockery, Executive Coach.
I work with men and women to help them achieve success without burnout by showing them how to use resilience to build a successful career and life.
I worked in the creative industries for 16 years and my last role was Head of Global Account Management at Yahoo. During that time, I saw people struggle with the pace of change and increased responsibility without support. I saw women struggle with specific challenges that men did not have to handle. I decided to leave corporate life due to my own exhaustion and burnout and took time out and trained in personal development and performance coaching.
I now work with individuals and organisations across the UK specialising in The Art of Resilience.
