We’ve used TANDEM Sprints are part of our Retail Management Development Programme. The training content is so interesting, engaging, inspiring and it has really helped us to drive the development of our managers in the right areas. Our Managers always look forward to the training sessions due to their interactive nature and being such good fun - there’s not too much theory whilst we focus on the practical application of the skills they’ve learned.
